- Choose a Quiet Space: Sit in a peaceful and undisturbed environment.
- Posture: Sit cross-legged (Sukhasana/Padmasana/Siddhasana) or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground with your back straight.
- Focus on the Chakra: Visualize an indigo two petalled lotus blooming between your eyebrows.
- Chant OM: Inhale deeply and chant the mantra “OM” during exhalation.
- Light Visualization: Imagine a beam of light illuminating your mind, enhancing perception.
