For Love, Compassion, and Balance

The Anahata Chakra, or Heart Chakra, is the fourth energy center in the human body. Located at the center of the chest, this chakra governs love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional balance. Balancing this chakra allows one to experience unconditional love and fosters deep connections with others and oneself.
