The Supreme Brahman

The Sahasrara Chakra, or Crown Chakra, is the seventh and highest energy center in the human body. Located at the crown of the head, it represents spiritual enlightenment, divine consciousness, and the ultimate realization of oneness with the universe. A fully activated Sahasrara Chakra transcends individual identity, allowing one to experience the Supreme Brahman—the infinite cosmic consciousness.
Ancient Scriptural References
The Sahasrara Chakra is revered in ancient yogic texts as the gateway to divine union and liberation. The Shiva Samhita describes it as the seat of supreme awareness:
As cited in Shiva Samhita, (Chapter 6, Verse 12) “सहस्रारं परमं ब्रह्म सर्वज्ञं ज्ञानरूपकम्।” (Sahasrāraṁ Paramaṁ Brahma Sarvajñaṁ Jñānarūpakam). Means, “The Crown Chakra is the Supreme Brahman, embodying omniscience and pure wisdom.”
